Mine got cleared today too! Any idea on how long it takes to deliver when pending?

Mine showed pending up until it was delivered. If I signed in to my FedEx account, it actually still showed my missed date of 9/25. Mine cleared on Sunday and I had my phones Monday right at 10:30 am.

So why are they NOT moving out of Memphis yet? They got released 3 times already since 2:26 PM yesterday

My second Pure arrived on time - as the first one - yesterday, 10:25am, to be precise.
To all of you who worry about the package being stuck in Memphis - rest assured that it will be delivered on time, from my experience.

Got the dreaded delay, after a chat with MOTO they say it's part of the normal shipping process and I should get my package on time...


UPDATE: Released and shipped on Thursday, picked it up Friday. Love this phone except for the battery! I also like the new plastic grippy back instead of the leather. It just didn't feel right this year. I had it last year and loved it. This phone is a keeper.

yup. mine was cleared yesterday left memphis at 3am and is already in my town on the delivery truck at 8am in northeastern indiana in 5 hours. man they are fast when they are actually working!!

Mine was in the infamous Friday shipment. It released yesterday and flown to Indianapolis last night. It is on a truck out for delivery. The FedEx website still shows pending. Their automated systems might not handle missed dates well. The delivery notification email send today [9/30; 700am CDT] states my package will be delivered today 9/28/2015 before 1030am - which was the original date which also very briefly appeared on the website when it was finally cleared.

My guess is most of them will be delivered today. FedEx wants this behind them. It is screwing up their on-time stats.\

Absolutely. Someone at the delivery address has to sign. Not necessarily you but someone has to be there and sign for you . That is what indirect signature means

You could also sign the release waiver online by using FedEx Delivery Manager.
Mine just got to Newark, NJ at 8.30AM this morning. Hopefully it'll make it to South Western CT in a few hours.

Mine went from "Being Built" to "Order Complete" last night. Ordered on 9/20 with an initial delivery date of 9/30 which was then changed to 10/8. Still nothing in FedEx DM. This is still better than the one I ordered on 9/2 that never got out of "Order Approved" and I got them to cancel it.

lol. mine arrived a bit after 9am and babystitter signed for it, too bad i gotta work till 3pm. my moto is sitting at home with no one to hold it!! plus i sold and sent out my g4 yesterday, and forced to use a "alcatel one touch fierce 2" for the last 24hr.... painful! bout ready to throw it through a wall.

Mine just was delivered today right at 10! Now all I have to do is wait for 4 to come so I can get off work. My body is ready.

And to think I was thinking I was going to have to make other arrangements because tracking showed that it missed the truck.

I ordered mine on 9/27 (Sunday) and I checked the order status this morning (9/30) I see it moved from 'Device Being built' to now 'Order Complete' status. That looks to be pretty quick? Is this typical? I know I now have to endure the whole shipment saga you all seem to have been through, but at least it seems the build process is moving a lot quicker.
