I originally ordered the 64GB Frost 6p, but then I found out by ordering from Huawei I don't have to pay tax. I know Google was giving away $50 Play Store credit, but I'd rather save the money. They didn't have the Frost on their site, so I went with the aluminum. It's ok though. I was excited to get my stormtrooper phone, but saving a few bucks is a bit better.

For the record, you still have to pay tax... Huawei just doesn't have to collect it. So don't forget to make that extra payment to your state treasury ;)

32GB graphite Nov 4-6

Same here! i hope the new Marshmallow OS doesn't use up any more space than Lollipop as i stuck with 32g. I've had my Nexus 6 a year and took a trip to Jamaica and still haven't found a way to burn through the remaining space on my phone. Before i traveled out of the country, I downloaded 4 movies and all of my favorite stations from play music. I had 7 gigs leftover after all of that ,which was more than enough space for all of the high resolution pictures that i took while in the tropics. I can't imagine needing more than that.

shuld i buy the nexus 6 and not the nexus 6p ... i dont want to wast a lot of money and the nexus 6 cost now 350$
so what do you guys thinking ??

The N6 is still good phone besides the value. What the N6P has over N6 is the latest hardware out and fingerprint reader. The camera on N6P seems to step above rest not for just Nexus device but smartphone in genera. Where as N6 has a decent camera.

Battery life will be even or the 6P will have edge as battery efficiency on quad HD screens have improved over first gen with the N6.

Speaking on the displays the N6 is beautiful screen but has couple flaws. The whites on N6 are not as white as most displays you see and overall the screen as slight yellow color gambit. The N6P seems to be astonishing.

Performance will be quick on both device obviously side by side the N6P will be faster but on daily bases you will be happy with either one.

Audio both going to good. The ergonomics on both devices will be personal preference. The N6 tends to be considered a little to big device even for a "phablet" but device still has good ergonomics. The N6P seems to be slimmer and easier to possible hold in one hand.

I've almost decided to pre-order the Nexus 6p. The only thing I'd like to know and would also help make up my mind, is if there are any apps that can read flash drives via OTG without root?

Cant believe I have to wait a month since give them my $1200 (2 N6Ps)!!! I mean couldnt they have delayed the event a month?!?

Marshmallow allows yo to play music/video from usb if you select media mode. If you decided the usb device to be part of your phone it will format accordingly. It asks when you connect USB device whether you would like it to be a phone storage or you want to use it for only for media.

64GB Graphite - November 5 – 9, 2015 estimated delivery date. I'm hoping they're going to play it like Scotty and surprise us with shipment a couple of weeks early.

Currently have a OnePlus 2 which is pretty good, but not the advance beyond the OnePlus One I'd hoped for. Tried the Moto X Pure but while it had some good points (screen, speakers, Moto Gestures), the horrible battery life (it'd drain while you were looking at it and bleed 5%/hr idling as I slept) and unusability of the 16GB version even with an SD card (MM will fix this, but I ran out of space in one day with a cut down app load) made me wipe and return it in only two days.

I have a Nexus 6 already, but just couldn't resist. I feel so guilty. O_O

32GB Aluminum 6P
ETA Nov 5-9

Is it just me, or would "Play It Like Scotty" make an awesome title for a hip hop song?

If I preorder, what's the refund policy? Can you get a refund if you decide you don't want it before they ship it?

If you actually cancel before it ships, you won't be charged at all. Well, actually you'll have a pre-authorization on your card when you order, and that pre-authorization will come off after a few days and then they will charge you for real when they ship.

I wanna impulse buy but I learned my lesson a while back. I'll wait till after the official reviews before I jumped the gun. Still wish it was smaller that 5.7 with the same specs
