Quick question a little off topic: I'm on "Sprint" and currently using a Nexus 6, will my current sim work with my 6P or will I need to get a new one?? I apologize for it being off topic but I figured with all you smart people in the room someone could offer an answer, thanks guys!!!!

When I ordered the Aluminum, part of the reason why I ordered it was because it looked good, but I'll be honest-- part of it was because it would ship fastest according to the Google Store. Frost would have shipped a week or two later in 128GB.

So my uneducated guess is that they thought the Aluminum 128s would be done before the Frosts, but they weren't for whatever reasons, and just decided to ship them all out at once.

And I'm glad they're giving us real rebates, and not Play Store credits. That was a classy move on their part. They could have just said, "Too bad, that's the tech biz," but they didn't. It's hard to use Play Store credits to buy beer, anyway.

I originally ordered the Aluminum 128GB on 9/29, before the Google presentation was even over. I also like the look but, the more short videos I watched of the frost, made me like it a little more. I ordered the frost on Oct 4 and canceled the Alum.

After watching some more vids I could honestly take either one now. When I ordered the frost, I ordered faster shipping and it bumped my estimated ship date from Nov 4-6 to Nov 2-3. Since I ordered the 128Gb I don't think it would have mattered now.

Not to be negative, but from past experience, I had a feeling things would not go smoothly for everyone. This is why I didn't have a problem canceling my original order and ordering later (figuring I might get a shipment earlier anyway). I was also tempted to order a 64GB also just in case. I guess my little gambe didn't work since I ordered the wrong capacity, but I really wanted the 128GB.

The Sim size is the same, according to sprint when I talked to the int'l dept, they said it would work. However other people with the same phone have called and said they need a new sim. If you do need a new sprint sim its a 4ff csim v5. Mdl: CZ2144LWC sku: 019962040146

Semi-off-topic, but I ordered 3 USB A to C cables from One Plus, and they arrived today. They are a really nice quality, plus the USB A side is reversible and the cable comes with a strap to secure it. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking. Are you sure the A side is reversible? Does it have gold pins on both sides? This is a common design of many USB-A cables now - it goes into a type A port either direction but only makes contact one way.
