I ordered the 64 GB graphite on October 4. Estimated delivery date November 12-16. I'm not ready to jump on Google yet because they aren't late, but in the face of supply issues it's irritating that they aren't prioritizing preorders. Mine has been Pending for about 4 days.

I think there's an implicit understanding that people are preordering so they can have it first. That's the whole point. Google SAYS they are shipping FIFO because they know this, unfortunately it doesn't appear to be true.

I'm sure they're doing everything they can. They've made apologies and are working on it. Ok. A little more info regarding which configs are delayed wouldn't hurt, and a little info explaining why late orders are being filled before preorders would definitely go a long way.

I still love Google, which is why I signed up for Fi. This could be going more smoothly, but it's not a train wreck yet. Part of the problem is we're all expecting to get our orders early because many already have - so we're punishing Google a little bit unfairly for their initial success.

Ordered mine on Oct 4 and still pending. Sigh. Plenty of other folks with this config, who ordered later than us or same time, have gotten theirs or at least shipped.

When is your estimated ship date? I'm in the same boat. I ordered first day but realized I borked up my order. Canceled and reordered on the 3rd. Expected Nov 10-12. I'm being patient.

I just spoke to a Google representative and she assured me there was no backorder on the 32gb graphite. She said my phone would ship by the expected date of November second. She is contacting a specialist to be sure. She was from the shipping department though and will email me if anything is going on.

...meanwhile, to break up the wait-monotony, a lil off topic stuff...soft/clear case for Frosty (when it comes in zzzzzzz...) just arrived from Chinaville...one of 3 cases ordered...more l8r... :p

I ordered an Aluminium 64gb 9/29 within minutes of the link being live. I've been in pending status for almost two weeks. I just went into Processing an hour or less ago.

64gb Graphite.. Still pending after ordering on the 5th... anyone else with a 64 graphite gettin shipped yet? Would be nice for them to ship to those of us who have been waiting 20+ days >.>

They delivered my 64 gb graphite today! Ordered 9/29 from Google play!

Trying to decide whether to insure. Would anyone who's already received an N6P be willing to scan and post, or maybe just summarize, the factory warranty? Been unable to find it anywhere on line, and when I chatted with Huawei support, they said they didn't know and that a printed copy was included with the phone.

I ordered the 32gb Graphite version. My order went from pending to processing on the 27th and today it went from processing to shipping with a functioning tracking number (after a while). The shipping is standard overnight so my phone is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Friday). Can not wait !!!!!!! And to top things off, I have Fridays off :)

Not sure if spending the extra money for premium am overnight is worth it? Overnight is good enough for me :)

My case and 64gb (2 of em) arrived yesterday from EE Business UK :)

Really nice devices, coming from Samsung Note's for the last 2 devices, and as no Note 5 in the UK, decided to go this way. Glad I did. Fingerprint unlock is SO quick!

Cases arrived from Google too

Interesting. It looks like the Aluminum 32GB models are full blown available now, shipping in 1-2 days. It's too bad I want a larger storage size.

I certainly won't preorder early like I did this time. I'll wait until just before the preorder period ends to take advantage of any enticements like $50 of Play credit.

At this rate, Google should have this whole selling and distributing thing worked out by 2020. And by that time, Apple will just be teleporting iPhones directly to their buyers. (I've only ever owned an iPod)

I see. I guess that in my situation Project Fi doesn't make sense. I pay $30/mo for T-Mobile's prepaid service and get unlimited texting, 5 gigs of LTE and 100 minutes of talk.. If i run out of minutes, i just add more funds to my account. Whatever money remains unused counts as credit for the following month's $30. I would be paying $70/mo to get the same amount of data with Project Fi that I am currently receiving from T-Mobile prepaid.

I've never had any tethering issues with my Nexus One and Nexus 5. There is no carrier software restricting the phone's ability to tether.

Perhaps not with T-Mobile, but I was on CricketWireless (an AT&T MVNO) with both my earlier Nexus 5 and my current Nexus 6 and tethering was disabled by the carrier. It's not a "skinned OS" issue; as I understand it, AT&T cut a deal with Google (or the other way around) and the OS itself disables tethering based on the carrier ID of the installed SIM card.

If I tried to enable tethering, a pop-up message would appear instructing me to contact my carrier.

As an aside, I started my Nexus 5 on the same $30 T-Mobile plan but eventually dropped it due to very poor/nonexistent signal at my place of work and barely acceptable signal in my home.

I understand that supply chain management has to be improved. But remember this is for Pre-orders and so far, except for 128 G models, all other models they have shipped ahead of the committed dates during pre-order as I can see from this forum. I do not understand the need for frustration. I ordered my 64Gb Aluminium Nexus 6P on the 29th afternoon and indicated delivery date was Nov 10 - 12. The status still shows as pending.
