I placed my order for a 64 GB Aluminum on Oct 30th, they said it would be shipped around Nov 12 to Nov 18. Was very surprised to see this morning, Nov 2 that it shipped. Never had something ship that much earlier than they said it would. Probably because I went through the Google Store, but I am pleasantly surprised

I ordered the same on Thursday the 29th. Figured I'd be OK with a mid Nov delivery. Then noticed on Saturday it changed to processing.

So today's the day for us 32GB Graphite folks that had a shipping date pegged for November 2nd. My F5 button will be broken by the end of the day. Hopefully what I was told on the phone last week about it shipping holds true and I have this thing by Wednesday (that's how long my case took to get here).

Same here man. I was hoping to wake up with that magical google email telling me my phone shipped

My Aluminium 64GB, ordered on 10/1 is 'On FedEx vehicle for delivery' today.
I see that a lot of you who ordered before me haven't gotten your phones yet.
I know it is frustrating. And I also know it is even more frustrating when people criticize you for expressing your frustration, cause it is 'just a phone'.
But, I feel your pain. Hope you all get your phones soon.

I currently have three 6P's on order: the original 64GB Graphite which was ordered 9/30 at 9:07AM PDT, a 64GB Aluminum ordered 10/29 at 7:35AM PDT, and another 64GB Graphite ordered 10/30 @ 3:51PM PDT.

The first and last are still "Pending", the Aluminum ordered 10/29 changed to "Processing" at about 9:00PM PDT last Friday and has been there since.

So very frustrating...

64GB Aluminum ordered at 2:50pm EST on 29 September (34 days and counting).
Shipping: November 5.
Delivery: November 10-12.
Pending for weeks.

I don't really have anything else of value to add, other than to say that there are still those of us who have waited over a month and haven't even sniffed the Processing stage. So if you think you are the least important person to Google because you ordered early October and you're order is stuck in Processing and your credit card has already been charged and FedEx hasn't sent you a tracking number yet, cheer up! I'd be ecstatic to trade places with you.

Mine conveniently changed to processing and was charged after I contacted them for the first time Friday evening.

Ooooo, now you've got my hopes all up. I ordered mine Friday evening, and it has a projected Nov 13 - 16 ship date. But, I ordered the 128GB Frost, and it's still listed as "Pending", so who knows. Fingers crossed, and congrat's on yours. Have fun with it!

Honestly, I wouldn't have minded the wait, but to see that people ordering within the last few days are already getting shipping notifications is just awful customer service.

Ordered 64 aluminum Saturday, processing immediately, still processing. Anyone else in this boat? Canceled my launch-day graphite.

Just a warning for anyone that has pre-ordered and not gotten billed or shipping confirmation. I had to cancel my order on Friday 10/30 and I reordered on 10/31. When I reordered I showed a delivery date of 11/18-11-20. But it shipped this morning. Something is up with the pre-order processs.

Another day, another bs response, another rep that has no idea, and another conversation where the prior reps gave me false information.

Google only has pending, and chargeable status' only apparently. So they will only be able to tell you it is chargeable, and not why your order has not gone to processing, or left processing. They have told me they still don't know if inventory has reached the shipper yet. So as of right now, any other 64 Frost people, probably wont get there's today.

Also, because my card was compromised the week after preorders, and I had it updated with the new one to ship the 5X they told me it would carry over to the 6P. However, the rep told me that won't actually be the case. So another day, and no real answers, and more bad CS service.

Now I am a little confused:

I ordered a 64gb Graphite and I am stuck on "PENDING" - naturally. Anyway, the date says, "NOVEMBER 5 – 6, 2015". Is this ship by date? Deliver by? Reminder to consider to fulfill my order? Reminder to send a delay email or just cancel my order?

64gb Aluminium rolled out this morning, ended up scrubbing my launch day 64gb Graphite, Got one of the 64 Alum when the 2nd batch was up for orders, last week. ETA is by end of day Thursday. Ordered the Speck CandyShell grip case as well.
