Only problem is I'm going to be out of town!
My wife says she will play with it while I'm gone!

RMA process underway. Replacement already processing. Sending this one back without even putting my sim in it today. Want to get those $583 they're holding until they get this one back, back in my account asap. Honestly thought the phone would have more weight to it. I could live with that build issue but these things ain't cheap. Don't want to live with something I didn't do. It helps the I'm using a 6S Plus so I don't "need" to settle for having a damaged unit. I can wait out an RMA.

I'm going to try to speak to another shipping specialist today because this is BS. I was told that my order didn't make the ship by date and I would receive a $7 refund when most people are getting $25. I was then told to wait until my order doesn't make the estimated delivery date and email them back. By that time I'll already be a week or two into this after they get done investigating it.

They gave me some BS similar to this yesterday. Fortunately, my order went into processing last night and my card was charged. Is your order at least processing yet?
 
Been great following this thread... And frustrating at points. My 32gb graphite is arriving today along with my ringke case and my one plus cables. Peace!

Just wondering out loud here. Is it possible that the First orders come in special packaging? That could explain why other orders seem to be shipping sooner. I've been in processing since late Friday, about 60 "business" hours. Ordered a 64GB Aluminum in early October via Fi. No sings of shipping yet, but I do have a leaves wearhouse date of 11/9. Hope it gets here sooner rather than later, as my Verizon plan charges again on 11/14 and they don't prorate on the way out.
 
Ordered the 32 gb graphite Oct 16th. Switched over to processing and my card was charged over night. No email on delivery or anything else yet tho. Kinda strange but it's process haha.
 
Frost 64 ordered 9/30 still pending. The worst part, is I know I will have to deal with cc issues since it was compromised the week after preorder. Since Google will not allow you to update you have to wait until it goes processing. So I have another step most of you all don't have and everyday is the same bs.
 
Got the delay email last night. Nov 7-14 ETA which really means Nov 9-13 on the weekdays which FedEx delivers. $25 refund

64GB Frost ordered 10/7/15 with original delivery 11/2-11/3

Same thing here ... getting the $25 credit. Another week and a half of waiting :(
 
Just been on a chat with google about my order from 29/9 UK 128gb Aluminium that was supposed to ship by 2nd November. Still no further forward - he thinks it will ship today but I'm not confident sounds like they haven't got a clue. Transcript below:

As I said, it should be shipping today. However as we have had slight delays, it may take a little while longer. Should this happen you will be emailed by us and will also receive a courtesy £20 off the original cost of the device.

Well I spoke to a shipping specialist yesterday because my order was supposed to be shipped out tuesday
he said that I would get a $7 refund for the delay when most people are getting $25 and will have to wait to see if my order doesn't make the estimated delivery date
So I ordered this a month ago and it is already 3 days including the ship by date and now I have to wait until it doesn't get delivered to have it investigate

Good news on the 128gb Graphite front. My credit card was charged last night. Status changed to processing. Originally ordered 9/29.

Same status with my Graphite 64GB ordered 9/29 with delivery date of 11/10-11/12. It's right on time, no need to complain to Google. :)

Nothing new for me (Aluminum 128GB ordered 9/29 5 minutes after the announcement). Expected to leave warehouse 10/30. Still in Pending. No CC charge as yet.
