I really hate saying this but i ordered on Oct 19th, 32GB Alum. EST delivery was nov 18-20. Live in Atlanta GA. My CC just got charged... sorry to all those who are ahead of me, i feel terrible.

Flounder? They're fulfilling orders early and I haven't heard of a single late order. You want flounder head over to the Moto X Pure thread, they were all kinds of all over the place.

People like to think there's a single assembly line and everything is sequential and perfect. It just isn't that clean and simple.

OK maybe flounder was too strong of a word, but Google still can't get pre orders right. People are getting shipping confirms all over the place. People who have order mid October are getting phones before people who ordered day 1. I just wish there was more of a pattern to this fulfillment besides it seeming totally random.

Ordered 64gb graphite few seconds after it went live!!!

Went into processing earlier today and just got shipping notice two hours ago!! I choose 3-5 regular delivery for free..

Shipping from Carol stream! And I live 30, min away hahha it'll be here Tom!!

Ok, you did this through Google?

If so, then they might have preapproved the change against your CC, but they did not charge your CC... they don't do that until a day or two before they ship it.... and then they actually do the real charge against your CC.

It was through google play yes. well they already did the pre approval charge back on the 19th when i ordered. it was immediate. that charge has since fallen off and just got notification of the $528 ammount a few mins ago.

I am in a similar situation but I think this is the real deal. I had a charge show up at the time of placing the order on Oct. 12 and having a delivery date of 18-20 Nov. After a day or so the pending charge on the CC disappeared and the order status was Pre Order throughout this period. This afternoon the status on the Google Store changed to Processing and another pending charge for the just the Phone and Tax showed up (no Nexus Protect charge yet). Now we may still not get devices shipped till some more time but I think this charge and change of status is legit. When i got my Nexus 5 I did get my order a few days (4-5) early as well.

I can only hope that's the case with mine. But at this point with a 2-4 delivery date (depending on whether I'm on play or on the store), I doubt it's going to happen. Still pending. The anticipation is killing me.

Yay, ordered one.

Initially I was very upset that it would cost $899 AUD for the phone and felt that was extremely expensive, especially when the US get it for $500 AUD which is below other flagships at that price.

But then I found a carrier who is selling it for $744 AUD + $30 sim, so I'll be going with that. It's the silver model (would have preferred the white) but the price is great.

Ships out November 2 and should arrive 3-6 November. Excitement intensifies.
