My 64gb Frost from Google Play ordered on 9/29@2pm CST still in "Pending"

I'm so very ready to rock this & sell my 6 to a good home.

Ordered day 1 (32GB Aluminum), finally out on vehicle for delivery today. Same deal with the case.

Going to be a fun morning/afternoon!
 
I ordered on 9/29(64GB Frost), still says pending...It is supposed to leave the warehouse by the 2nd. So tired of waiting! I just want it now! I was really hoping it would be shipped a little early since I ordered it right away, but it's not looking like it! This is so frustrating!
 
I don't understand their shipping debacle either.
I order day 1. Been in processing since Monday afternoon. They hit my card for another hold then also but still haven't completed the charge. No shipping as of Thursday morning.

Just seems crazy that they would ship to people that order 2 weeks after their first customers.

I'm in the same boat, also a 64GB Frost that is supposed to ship by Nov 2. With the first Frosts starting to process last night, I'm really hoping for some good news today. Since I only did free shipping (something I'm now regretting), I'm hoping I can get the phone Nov. 2, rather than having it ship that day.
 
I have to say, the fact that some people ordered weeks into october and they're getting their phones before those of you who ordered in September is ridiculous. I don't care how many 32gb aluminums you made..honor your orders. You had a MONTH to figure it out and you didn't. You had one job. I hope this isn't foreshadowing of what to expect for the next two years with this phone.

Given how Google handles things I'm not surprised.

I wonder if this would arrive before my graphite..

Just ordered...will see how it compares to my Day 1 32G graphite..

Called their CS last night and was transferred to inventory - no help at all. Just keep saying wait until the "ship by day".
 
LOL. I guess you've never worked in Supply Chain Management to understand the challenges of forecasting.

I have worked with supply chain during product launches and yes I understand the inherent difficulties, but this is par for Google's course. Granted it has gone smoother than previous years, but even so not the best experience when you ship orders first for people who were far behind the actual pre-orders. I'm not talking about the Frost orders, but others who had them placed on Day 1 still waiting while someone who placed it last week already has it in hand.

That's not forecasting -- that's just poor logistics.
 
So my ADOPTED case has turned up, but my phone (128gb Frost) is still pending and no charge has appeared on my credit card. At least have a good idea now of size of the phone and location of fingerprint scanner.

Mentioned this to the inventory management guy during the call last night. He said people who got shipped early had different models (32G Alu I am assuming); Forecast is hard but the point is why this particular model got this priority while all others are pending/processing...

64 GB Aluminum 6P ordered from US Play Store around 7AM on 9/30
Last night changed to "Processing", also my credit card has now been charged.
Took free shipping, hopefully will ship by later today and I will have it early next week.
Located in Central Massachusetts.
