J2 prime call problems

[AC Question]

Hi there, hoping someone can help me with my problem. Bought a J2 Prime Samsung phone, I can make outgoing text and calls but I can't receive any calls. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure the ringtone volume is turned up? Have you asked your carrier about this?
