J7 software update problem after unroot

Hello guys! !! Recently I unrooted my j7 using super Su..then i tried to update marshmallow update in my phone..which it says can't be done.. .please help me find a way to update my lollipop to marshmallow. .

Try flashing stock ROM then you will be eligible for OTA updates.
You can also flash Marshmallow easily using Odin on your Samsung J7.
