I believe you are , the one in my screen shot when you open edge panel and touch cog wheel to adjust its settings

The edge panel I see now. I don't know about the "One Hand Operation+"

Mystery solved. SamMobile firmware is good. One Hand Operation + is an app from the app store. My one handed mode is good and the edge panel is good. Thanks @mustang7757 for all your help.
