I believe this to be reliable. According to the article the Verizon Galaxy Note 2 will get jb 4.3 on 11/29.

I know one of the 4.3 changes allows widgets to be put on the lock screen.

I'm really interested in location based security. (Turn off lock screen when your in certain Wifi areas) Is that in this update?

I believe the update will be much sooner than all the grumbling has predicted. Verizon and Samsung want us to buy a Gear or whatever else is coming down the pipe. From what I heard the Gear only works with 4.3 it's coming so soon It's probably going to be buggy as hell.

I don't think the n2 is getting the airview..you are talking about the spen feature to quick access to apps?

I want photosphere back lol.

I have been with Verizon for a long time and it has been mentioned before in the forum that these updates never come out when planned. If my memory serves me well, the updates from Verizon back in my droid x and nexus days always came out on a Tuesday for some reason? So if that is still the norm maybe we will see it on Tuesday..
