Everything works except the viewer. At least for a few more moments...

I found that PanoramaClient is provided by com.google.android.gms. new version of com.google.android.gms can solve this problem.
I think that there is /data/app/com.google.android.gms-1.apk

Can any one upload this apk from 4.2 device?

Look above dog. Viewer is fully operational. Camera/Gallery is fully operational on the Galaxy Nexus.

But I still have the same problem: everything else works, but photosphere never finishes rendering. Gallery FC at about 99% of rendering. There is one photo in Gallery, but it's not recognized like a "3D" photo.

I cleaned cache, data, removed gallery2.apk, reflashed the zip... but still the same. Any idea please ?

Did you reboot? Once you tap it it should populate the photo, and then you can slide it around.

Same here, Verizon Galaxy Nexus, Dark ParanoidAndroid 2.52.1 (4.1.2). I pushed all files manually (2 apks and 3 lib files) and set permissions. Rebooted. Absolutely everything else works (flash, video, etc.) the Photosphere rendered without any FCs, but when the globe appears pressing it does nothing.
