Jelly bean 4.3 can't view streaming video

Before I upgraded my Samsung galaxy s4 from 4.2 to 4.3 jelly bean I had no issues watching things from livestream and other sites. But now I on 4.3 I cannot view anything. I tried on my friend's device that had 4.2 jelly bean and it still worked fine fire them. When I try I access the video on my device the video disappears from the page and a small icon of a turned page is left. Please help.
