My phone keeps restarting on its own since I updated to jelly bean, battery is fine and not old enough to cause problems. After so much restarting my lock/power button has randomly stopped working. Should I try a factory reset?

I would try that. There may be a conflict between cache from the old build and the new one.

It didn't work I cant clear cache because power button doesn't work once i get to recovery mode I'm just going to take it to a sprint store
