Jelly Bean Question

I heard with Jelly Bean you are supposed to be able to have widgets on your lock screen but have been unable to figure out if you can do it on the MAXX HD or how to do it.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that feature came with 4.2 and I'm not sure we will get it on this phone when we upgrade or not.
