Here are my issues so far:

Everything is super fast and zippy. You can tell everything is at 60 FPS. But apps seem to load slower in JB than in ICS. The time it takes to fill the screen after clicking an app is definitely longer in JB than ICS.

I've noticed the same thing. I thought I had some sort of power save mode enabled its such a difference.

I've been playing Temple Run just fine...for extended periods of time. Have you tweaked in any way like a custom kernel? Or perhaps you dirty flashed?

Nope. Stock JB kernel. I did restore Temple Run from TiBU because I didn't want to loose my stats and coins that I bought.

Maybe I will uninstall, download again, and try to install it again and see how that goes. ..

What's a dirty flash ??

Dirty flash is when you flash a ROM over another without wiping data. Usually works fine but can cause instability...and if it does it can almost always be fixed by reflashing the ROM but also wiping data.

As for TiBu, I love it for restoring apps but I (and many others) have had problems when restoring app/system data. If trying a full wipe doesn't work, this could be the issue...sucks but it's the price we pay for having the latest and greatest=/

I'm going to try and uninstall it. Funny thing about wiping the device ... I wiped the device/factory reset, wiped cache, and wiped dalvik cache three times last night when I thought all hope was lost. My phone would not install the ICS nandroid I made. It kept failing when trying to restore data ... As a last minute hail Mary I reflashed the Liquid V3 JB ROM I was running and it worked! Now here's the weird part ... the phone booted up and everything was exactly how I left it .... no restore required. All my apps, settings, widgets, etc were all there. I'm very confused by this .....

I'm also seeing pinch to zoom isn't working in Dolphin or the stock Browser ... works in chrome. Weird.

If you continue to have weird issues like that, I'd suggest first backing up your SD content on a computer, then go here: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images and download a stock image. Then follow the instructions here:

http://www.droid-life.com/2011/12/1...the-bootloader-and-return-to-a-factory-state/

Obviously you'll want to make any adjustments to commands based on the image you choose and your specific device.

For good measure I'd lock and then re-unlock your bootloader (probably not necessary, but I'm thorough like that). Then you'd flash CWM recovery, flash JB, root, etc. Not ideal but if this doesn't fix your issues, then you'll know it's a hardware issue...

For those using lightflow and having issues I had luck with turning USB Debugging on and disabling/re-enabling lightflow via the accessibility area. I have no idea if the USB debugging thing did anything for it maybe it was just swapping off/on the accessibility portion but all my notifications clear properly now when I view an app (including MMS and SMS) and the stock Email client LED wasn't working at all which now works properly.

Hopefully this might help until they update :)

May have to do that when I have some free time .... something is up because even updating to 4.0.4 was a chore and a half ....

If uninstall Temple Run I will loose all my coins and progress, correct?

Well I'd suggest after doing all that, restore everything except Temple Run, do a nandroid then restore the app and app data from TiBu. If there's no issues then you're good to go. If there are no issues before you restore app data, but there are after, then yes you'll lose your data when you restore your nandroid=/

Noticed that Google Wallet now shows up in my Market history, and allows me to update as well. Had to side load updates before.

Still doesn't show up in my "Installed" apps though.

Spoke with Dolphin via email and they apparently know about the pinch zoom problem and have it fixed. Their English was a bit rough, but I think the fix is in their next update.

Just need to sort out Temple Run ... I think I'll just delete it and reinstall. Worst comes worst I can restore it from TiBU to get my progress back.
