Jio 4G voice app not working

[AC Question]

"Some other RCS app is running. Please disable it to be able to use Jio 4G Voice". This problem I am not able to fix. I updated all the apps i had and this happened. I tried deleting the necessary apps related to calls, media and chats. Still its not working. I am not able to receive calls or make calls after this issue in my samsung galaxy s6. Please help.

This indeed is the right solution to the problem.....Its quite surprising that jio 4g voice version 4.9 is available elsewhere while play store is still offering 4.8.. Thanks a ton buddy......
