JoD return issues

So I'm having a hard time returning my Note 9 in store. Some 'tax calculation error', I've got TForce working on a ticket to fix this. Anyone else having this problem?

Nope. Returned my note 9 yesterday without issue. I hope they fix it for you

Did you jump from the S9? If you did, you can't go back. Once the upgrade is processed, the only option is to return the new phone, turn the old phone in, and start a new lease. (as soon as your 'jump' is completed, the old lease is complete and there is no way to reactivate it)

TForce said they'd reach out Wednesday and keep an eye on my account so I don't get billed for the Note 9 still.

Huh, that's weird. I've turned in lots of phones on JOD and never had a tax calculation issue. In fact I just returned my Note 9 yesterday. Are you doing this in a physical store?

You can't return it and go back to old phone. If you return, you'd have to pay $50 restocking fee and then your lease will be completed and jod will be removed from your account. If you want to keep jod then you'd need to jump to another phone

You can always re-add it. As long as its been active on your account at some point, all you have to do is call or chat customer service and they can start a new lease.
