Might look like its gone at first but it came back later when you least expected. Now I'm thinking its more towards hardware builds.
So far it is looking like JSS15Q rolls back multi-touch to JWR66N levels.
This allows those folks who didn't notice multi-touch issues in JWR66N but started to in JSS15J to get back to where they were before.
Folks that already had noticeable multi-touch issues in JWR66N will probably still have multi-touch issues.
Those who didn't have multi-touch issues in JWR66N also didn't have issues in JSS15J and will likely continue not having issues with JSS15Q.
This is all based on observation of feedback and educated guesswork, so is subject to change as new info arrives.
