I guess no one carries their phone in the holster/combo cases or cases with belt clips anymore. It is getting harder and harder to find something outside of the otterbox that provides the protection I want that still comes with a belt clip. I have one that I order from ebay and good thing I have a screen protector on the phone because it has scratched it up pretty bad.

I just got one for my Droid Razor its combo...covering for phone ..which slides into a case which has a clip for your Belt as well as a stand to prop up your device..
Works pretty good as I can see so far.

Thanks.

Finally went into the Sprint store today and I found this case holster combo

Think I will be happy with this one for now. Unless this one fails. It is similar to the one I had on the S3. Not as think but offers the same protection.

Yeah, looks like the same generic holster/case combo I prchased off Amz for $8. Small, light form factor that adequately protected the phone from a drop waist high to the sidewalk (didn't want to actually test this capability but Murphy intervened about 5 minutes after I put the case on the phone - lol).

I hate holsters and have never used them. I keep my phone in my front right pocket at all times. Plus side on that I dont have to worry about it getting stolen that way

If someone is stealing my phone from my holster that I am wearing it is because they punched me and knocked me out. If they punch me and knock me out nothing prohibits them from stealing things from my pocket.

I have the seidio convert on my phone right now. I chose it just to compare it to my wife's defender. The holster is more secure than the otterbox, but this thing is also thicker. The back is also plastic and slides on my dashboard too easily. Very secure and solid, but too big and slippery for my taste.
