Well I know trying to put that sucker on was to difficult of a task for me, but I hear everyone swearing by them that's why I thought I needed one. Why do you think it's garbage?

So I was just robbed by BestBuy. 8$ for them to put on my Zagg HD cover! At least I can barely tell it is even on my screen! Pretty crazy, but wow what an improvement over the old one on my old EVO..

Awww man you about to make me bow down and go spend this hot 25 bucks! They put them on free at the Sprint store well at least the Sprint store I called anyway.

I wish I could see someones phone who has this infamous Zagg protector at least that way I can tell if it's worth it to me, cause honestly this 14.95 one looks pretty good especially since I let the Sprint store put it on for me this time! I'm just more so worried about it scratching then anything.

The Steinheil Ultra Crystal screen protectors are the only screen protectors I've used that I haven't wanted to tear off within the first day and have made me forget that I have one on, in the first place.

I went with the Ventev Waffle (Smoke) and Diztronic (Matte Black) for cases. Loved that they don't add any bulk to the phone, yet offer enough protection. Considered the Otterbox, but I don't like the HUGE logo they insist on using.

I've had one on my iPhone 4s. it felt grainy, had it all of 2 days, if that and ripped it off. Waste of $25 (the screen protectors Apple sells in store are the ones I used on it)

bought another for my GNex, and there was a defect with it, didn't bother me though because it was off the screen (like a bubble pop, or something with the film), but it just FELT cheap. it moved around on the screen, and made the screen look gross, lol. Peeled that off and just went naked with it.

I haven't even bothered with a screen protector on my new phone, (even with my new one, after my dog destroyed my first evolte). Screen IMO looks too good to throw one on it, lol.

The Otterbox Commuter, and a Zagg Shield for the screen should protect the phone. I've alo picked up the Sprint car mount, and the desk charger from the Android Store.

I love my Evo LTE but one thing bothers me.I don't like the fact that there are not alot of "creative" cases like Iphone and even the S3 have .When I search for cases I see the regular white,black,etc.But when I look at Iphone and S3 i see cases that look like boomboxes,gameboys, or even custom cases that you can put a photo on.I think that what keeps many people from buying HTC products because I had that same problem with my OG EVO.

It's a lot easier to make a variety of cases for one iPhone a year that sells millions of units than it is to make them for the wide Android phones that keep coming out and have less market potential.

So far I'm using the blue apology case and no screen protector. I bought the Sprint case and holster but the case had a very weird slippery/slimy feel to it and it offered no protection for the front of the phone. I'm going to return it. I always used the Steinheil Ultra Crystal screen protectors on my OG EVO and they are fantastic but I've found that I don't have an issue going without on the EVOLTE. The screen is very resistant to finger prints and so far no scratches.

I had an OtterBox Defender for my EVO 4G and while it kept the phone pristine I HATED the rubber - it never fell off completely, but it was constantly coming out of the grooves around the case which i constantly had the need to fix (read: OCD)

There is no such problem with the latest version of the case for the LTevo. I love it. The rubber is MUCH stiffer and does not move. In fact it's in there so good that it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to figure out how to get it off the empty case so i could install it on my phone.

love my defender. Got it on Amazon for $30 shipped - came with a belt clip which i never use.

no need for a protective skin, so it's the only accessory i have.
might get the car dock everybody's talking about - we'll see

People, do not waste your money on zagg. Someone on these forums turned me on to "steinheil ultra crystal" about a year ago. There is no comparison, try it. 13 dollars for 2 of them. They go on dry so so easy to put one on in a minute without one air bubble. Looks and feels like glass. It will look and feel like nothing is there at all. I blew him off a few times until one day I said "what the heck". So glad I did.
