Just bought a thunderbolt off eBay

I know I need to get my own 4G sim card, is there a way to get it before I get the phone? A link on verizons site to order one? Can I activate the phone without the sim card, and just not use 4G until I go get the card? I kinda want to have the card before the phone gets here so I can just activate it without having to go to the store.

Just go to your Verizon store and just get one or have them send u one in the mail. And welcome to the thunderbolt family.

more then likely you have to go to a store. I know when I got my thunderbolt the sim cards were locked up and a manager had to go get it. Point being they are very in likely to send u one without talking to u first.

Just Fyi, there is no warranty from the manufacturer if you bought the phone used.

No, you do not. If you ordered it from Verizon Tech Support, you can just simply call them back and have the SIM added on your account once you receive it. After that, just put the SIM in your Tbolt and power it on!
