Just got 4.4 update for Nexus 7 2012!!!

I have 4.4 on my Nexus 7 2012, I am not thrilled with it. Is there a away to go back to 4.3?

I have the update (I'm in Wales), but apart from getting rid of the blue icons, I have little to no change in appearance? There's no transparant status bar or app page. It took ages to update when all it did was change my lock sound and remove the blue symbols which actually looked quite nice...

Maybe mine is glitched?

Amazing.. Says update available for my N7 (2012) 32GB + 3G. Thought the 3G version wasn't coming out so soon..

Just got the OTA update this evening. The icons in the status bar (WiFi and battery level) went from blue to gray. I liked the blue better. Aside from that I'm not noticing much of a significant difference....

I have a Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX HD phone that is supposed to get the update too, may just pass on this if I can.

Yup last night. Got the OTA and then loaded the GEL & Google Search. Home screen looks great but its messed up and impacting apps. Id have to say combining the OTA, GEL and Search the whole thing is buggy. Factory reset this morning. Wont know if it worked till tonight.

I factory reset my N4 before receiving the OTA and then installed the GEL and Search and its working great. So maybe its the sequence thats the key?

I got it last night also. I won't be installing it yet because of how it breaks flash and disables tethering for some plans.

My OTA update arrived yesterday (Tuesday morning, UK time). Only worth mentioning because I've got the 3G (2012) version and I've not seen anyone else recording an update for this. (Edit: Oops - should have looked at the previous screen, as somoene else already said they'd got one.)
