Just got 6.1 how do you take calls on watch

So just got the update last night can you actually take calls on the watch via the the speaker? If so how? I went to settings and didn't see a way to do this only saw where you can set ringtones up on the watch

Mine works. If I call someone from the watch.
I had to go to the apps in the watch and select the phone app (blue phone icon). Then authorize to use my contacts and it worked.
