Not sure if this is the right thread, but yes, the camera is improved, but am I missing something? I don't see a setting to change resolution. The files sizes of the pics are really too big in my opinion

Yes, significant improvement. I'd taken some pics with the Moto X before (Rogers version, pre-update) and now (AT&T version, post-update) and the difference is striking. I've taken the same shot with both versions and you'd swear they were different cameras! Overall, a huge improvement.

Maybe this explains why Guy Kawasaki's pictures with the Moto X were turning out so well - maybe he was using a Beta version of the update!

His early pictures looked horrible. They captured fast motion beautifully but so did all the motos. The colors on them suffered just like the rest of the motos
I thought it was funny that he was even posting them. Lol.

I've noticed a minor glitch with the camera: when swiping to view the photos, it sometimes closes and goes to the lock screen. This seems to only happen when I open the camera with the "twist' when it's asleep..anyone else have this issue?

This is how it's supposed to work if you have a PIN/password/pattern lock enabled. You can use the camera without unlocking the phone, but can't do anything else (including viewing the gallery) without unlocking it.
