Just got the notification for Nougat on T-Mobile

I downloaded, and then wiped everything for a clean slate. The only nit I have to pick is my inability to add an NFC shortcut to the shortcuts in the notification tray

You couldn't do that in MM either. Could you?

Can anyone tell me if they fixed the finicky auto dimming? That is the one thing that seems too sensitive sometimes and not sensitive enough other times.
