Just hit my screen with the screen protector on...

It is driving me crazy lol but I cant afford a glass protector at the moment so I have to keep it on.
Speaking of, are any of you planning to do that Dome Glass thing for 50 or 80 bucks? After I posted here the very next video I watched said, I'm going to take off this plastic screen protector. Lol. So I started looking and it seems that the Whitestone product is about the only option and the cost is, wow, but my real hold up is the gluing something to the phone and it's not perfectly edge to edge... What do you all think?

I doubt I'll be installing the Whitestone Dome but we'll see how long the stock protector lasts/looks good.

I've heard mixed reviews. Some people say it works fine with the phone and the fps, others say it's terrible and wont work great with the fps and touch sensitivity. I'm sticking to the included protector until glass protector companies come up with an improved version of their products. Rushing into the first edition of their screen protectors for the past 3 or 4 years has worked terrible on Samsung owners. Especially with the curved screens, they seem to not get the dimensions correctly at first, and a couple months later they released a final version, like Zagg Invisibleshield, they always mess up at the beginning, discontinue the product, and later release an Elite version that supposedly is certified to apply to perfection on the screen and work flawlessly on touch sensitivity. That's why I'm waiting, my screen protector is fine but the little bubble lol.

I had turned on touch sensitive. I tried again and again to add fingerprints and/or thumbprints to no avail. It just kept telling me to push harder. After trying everything I could think of I took it off. Then that is when I read quite a few reviews and found others were having the same problem.

Please let us know how it goes and if the FPS still works fine?

The installation process requires patience. I have it on and the fingerprint sensor does work. I have noticed that I have to put a little more pressure on the sensor for it to work. I believe I may re-register the prints again just to be sure. It does work though.

I have been using the Skinomi for my s10plus, it is not tempered glass but it looks great and works great. Have not had a single issue with the FPS. You get 2 screen protectors for 8 bucks and the other reviews are great as well.

I use one. Works perfect. I rarely have a fail now after got the hang of it. Also not everyones fingerprints same (don't mean unique). Some have more defined ridges vs shallow ones etc. This can affect it. My wife has a hard time even with the reader on S9 so she just gave up trying. Mine are more prominent and work great.

I'd love to see a good macro shot of one of your phones with the Whitestone Dome. What I'm looking for is a nearly invisible install with no dust. Even if the install is unusually (for a screen protector) complex I'd be willing to give it a shot if perfect results are typical (or if it looks/works as least as good as the factory installed sp).

I tried to put a case the other day on the phone and the whole screen protector pooped up.... Tried to put it back on but had like 30 little bubbles, so I had to take it off.

Blackweb screen protectors are great. They are tampered curved glass and works with finger print. Can with stand over 11 pounds of impact pressure. They come with a tool to install screen protectors (looks alot like a phone case) to make sure screen is in perfect position on the phone. Only cost around $10-$15. You could get them at Walmart. But you might now have to order them online. And you can still use a phone case after installing the protector. But most importantly finger print works great, I use it all the time.
