just installed jellybean updare and now I can't copy pictures

Hey everyone just installed the update....but now it seems I can't copy pictures off the net...including facebook.

Does anyoneknow how to fix this?

I am assuming you did the 4.1.1 update? And by copy pictures, do you mean save them to your phone from Facebook, net, etc?
What provider are you with and are you running the SGH-I747M?

Hey I sure did. And I am talking about copying them off of the net/facebook. I am with telus and have sgh-1747m. Do you know how to fix it?

I never tried to actually copy a photo from the net or facebook previous to the update. How did you go about doing so before the update? What step by step did you do to get a photo from the net or Facebook

Hi. If your phone works the same as my one x on jelly bean, then try this. When you want to save a picture from face book, tap the picture so it fills the screen. The hold down the power button and the hit the home button while still holding the power button. This is called a screen shot. I hope this works for you.

Previously i just held down on screen for a coupke seconds and than a drop down list would show up on the screen asking if I wanted to copy the picture.

What happens when you try to do that now? I'm on 4.1.1 and that still works for me.

The girl asked how to SAVE a pic not take a screen shot. This method could help in some cases, but not in all, if she just wants to save a pic, taking a screen shot won't always be the answer. I think it would be best to find out why this no longer works for her and find out what does rather than just finding a work around that won't always be the best option

Hmmm... lucky! Lol. Mine actually won't di anything. Sometimes it'll go to a new picture, or just absolutely nothing. Quite weird that it affected minebut not yours.

just hold it should be good, am on 4.1 not problem only different it battery life little worse then ics
