Just installed new LG G3 update

Hy!

I just got a new update! I'm surprised that nobody else posted it so far - maybe the US carriers are already making your life more difficult?

According to the description it fixes camera and battery life and improves the speed.

I haven't noticed anything completely new but I'm only using it for like 5 minutes.

im from us and with att, att is slow with updates prob wont get an update with in the next few months.

I had that too, I think it's a new one - it's my second update since I got the phone since 1 or 2 weeks.

I'm from EU, with a carrier free phone.

It stated that I couldn't update as my device is suspect in rooting (yes I'm rooted) but clearly as the screen shot shows it has.

I can't say I've noticed any differences but I haven't been looking very hard. I think the changes were relatively minor.

It should not be an issue, although you may lose root access. I cannot confirm this.

Some carriers do prevent it.. Just depends if they care or not.

An example is my Note 3.. I'm still on 4.3 due to root.

Typical Verizon always the last to update anything.
