Just ordered Xoom PDAir case

$120 is steep for a case.

Also, I don't like the holes for the second speaker. I'd be afraid one speaker will be clear, the other muffled.

Not liking the opening around the volume button. Why does it go around the corner of the device?

Nah. At $40 I'd try it and wouldn't feel bad about trashing if it didn't work out. At $120 I'd need to feel better about the photos.

I like that case a lot. My Zoogue is functional, but a bit of a dog's breakfast with all the velcro picking up lint. But as far as I know, the PDair is the only quality case available, so you pay thru the nose for the privilege.

Cool case, but I've grown to really like the Motorola portfolio. I'm not seeing anything functionally better with the PDair over the Moto portfolio... look forward to your feedback once you get it.

I have both the PDair and the ZooGue. Both are good cases. The PDair quality is nice. It stands up pretty good. The only thing they forgot is to allow the case to be charged while it is closed. You have to open the case to access the charge port. And the speaker is not muffled on the back.

Any idea how long it took to get yours once you ordered it? Im just wondering if mine is going to come in time for my trip this weekend

Mine took less than a week, I really like the case. Very good looking, high quality and very functional. If you want a professinal look, this is it. I love the multiple tilt positions, all cutouts perfect.

Will the front cover of the PDair fold completely back against the back cover so it can be comfortably held "tablet size" when using the Xoom as an eReader? None of the pictures on the PDair web site do not show it in such a folded back position.

Thanks!

I just got the case today. I am absolutely loving it. It does work well being held in the hand. The back sort of double folds and actually gives the xoom a better grip in hand than without the case imo. Not to mention the case looks absolutely beautiful. Also, the case adds very little weight. So far I am absolutely loving it. With the case and keyboard its like I am working on a laptop, but I actually enjoy having the touch screen over a trackpad (I can never get those damn things to do what I want haha). Worth all 12000 pennies.

I'm really struggling between the pdair book style case and the ZooGue. I don't really want to order both and return one, so wanted to get your opinion. The big thing that I need is to be able to use the stand for business presentations at people's homes (I'm in real estate). I also like the adjustable angles of the ZooGue for use on the couch or reading, but I'm not crazy about the straps, the velcro on the cover when it is closed or how bulky it appears.

Other than the cost, does the pdair have any issues you have found yet (besides not being able to charge it when it is closed)?

If your in real estate you might want more of the professional look. The stand is sturdy enough when used as a stand on a flat surface. It is not as sturdy as the ZooGue which could be used as a stand on your lap when on a couch. I am not saying that the ZooGue does not looks professional, but it does not look as good as the PDair.

Here's a few pictures with the case. I absolutely love the thing. Its expensive but totally worth it IMO. Its easy to take the Xoom out if you want, yet it isn't going to fall out or anything. I would totally suggest this case to people willing to spend the money
