Was your Google account created in another country? You should check there first. Yes, the Play Store also checks for location, but in the end the account's country is what will dictate which apps/payment methods in will use.

I've never been out of the United States.
So I didn't sent up account in another country

Have you made SURE that's what your info shows in your Google account (not the phone, the account itself)? Is this an international device by any chance or something that might have a foreign ROM installed?

No was bought from Verizon
Yes it shows the same on the account when I log in from computer
Was on the phone with Verizon all afternoon all they want to do is a factory reset but I've done a million times and what good does it do when I have to put the sam google account back

I get this when I go to my moms
She lives 5 miles from me
I listen to my playlust on the way there and sometimes when I leave her house I get this message when I leave and try to listen again

Here I was trying to look at my web history
I do not have a work or school account
And am the only owner of phone

During setup, did you select the right country? I've seen this before when I purchased out of the country phone. You may want to take this back to Verizon store. Or maybe just do a factor reset and pay close attention during setup.

Are you noticing anything else, such as missing or added apps? Unusually high battery usage?

No but thanks on my hard reset screen ( power volume up and bixby held down at once) the button of screen said error no such device or address.
On my other post I wrote out the whole message
There is about 5 people in my town that are having the same problem

You have an app (your Pic) installed that you say you didn't notice any added or deleted apps in a previous post . It has mined your name for sure. It's asking for a new payment method not in keeping with any way I've seen Google add money to an account.
This phone could have been bought, cloned, returned, and then sold to you.
I would assume you've been hacked. Enable 2fa, get a new phone, and change your passwords from a pc. Someone may come behind me stating this is overreach, but you have many of the signs and system symptoms.
Your moms phone is requesting you tap a download link. Don't do it.
Or, it could be you're up so high that the GPS programming is reading its satellite data wrong.
Good luck.

Not my moms phone all this is on my phone and if it lets me send the screenshot youll see the whole thing

And if I don't have another device how can I look for this in google
When you go into settings and the google is where I saw this
Also thank you for not this king I was just a crazy lady who is living ina bad syfy movie
Iminno way phone smart when it comes to all the tech stuff but I know when something is not right.
And there are lime 5 others that the same is happening on their phones and the only common thing is we all got phones from Dollar General but the phone I have now is not a $general phone
butstill isn't right

Let's narrow it down. It looks like fb Messanger on the screen shot. Restart the phone in Safe mode and see if it fixes the problem. If yes, you have some app or apps doing it. If not, the phone, Imo, is how I said in my post previously, cloned.

Thanks
Not to sound like I'm not SO TRULY THANKFUL FOR YOU to fake time out of your day and night to help me that is so dumb when it comes to this stuff but this fourm was my last hope I've none everything you have metion but nothing helps
But you are the first to say what I had figured out. The other 5 people in my town havent got a clue just like me as to what to do so I guess its time to take to Samsung or Verizon and let them pick this phone apart because I have already missed to many grandbabies smiles over this
Never knew I could hste someine as much as I do the person thst has done this has a special place in hell.
Again you have been my HERO

Hi,
Could use your help again, if you don't mind and have the time because when it comes to all this phone stuff I'm a fish out of water
Why would I be getting this on 8263.jpg
The foxfire web site had gone to setting to add a theme and was hitting the back button on phone the this

Looks like your Yahoo is able to push notifications. Open your settings, applications, and select a lower priority for yahoo. Clear your cache partition and reboot. Good luck. P. S. A lot of good info is on Google search.
