Well, I went to get mine at my local AT&T store and they wouldn't do it without trying to change my plan and flat out making stuff up. So after coming home and talking to AT&T again, I think I have things worked out. It looks like I can upgrade and continue my current plan tomorrow since that is the official release day. AT&T really can put the handcuffs on their customers. None of the new plans they have will save me anything over my old grandfathered family rollover plan I have.
