just picked up AT&T note 4 from AT&T store..

Did anyone get a S5 from from at&t? What box did it have? I got my mom's S5 through Best Buy and that came with a nice box.

My phone always comes with the generic box because it's a exclusive.

S5 had the samsung box. Not sure why AT&T insists upon giving the Note series the crappy orange box.

I am guessing mine are corporate stores. They are listed as company stores while the other few are listed as authorized retailers.

Yeah. Company stores are corporate. The authorized retailers are a 3rd party... AT&T has authorized them to sell but it's another company running the store such as cellular sales or whatever.

Why people still preorder is baffling. In almost all cases, unless you like Apple phones, you can get your Android phone quicker if you just wait and buy in the store. Now I do understand the $200 promotion, but since I am buying this phone outright it didn't make sense

Thank god t-mobile kept it's logo off this one lol. I don't mind the AT&T ones as much as Verizon. Verizon logo is worse lol. Seen it on the Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition and it's horrible. The AT&T logo on the tab s 10.5 is OK

I personally am not bothered by logos.. From a manufacture or carrier. Everything in life has branding ... headphones, TVs, cars, refrigerators, washer / dryers, etc..... Why would a phone / carrier be any different? You are using a device made by them // or using a certain network for service and they just want to advertise it .. free advertisement when you're in public .

I went to the corporate store and the rep approached me and asked me what i needed help with. I asked him if they got any Note 4 in stock. He said yes and had a few black and a few white ones. He asked me which one i wanted. I said white. He went in the stock room and got black and white both and he brought out some Note 4 cases. I told him i will take White note 4 and he set it up. No hassles at all. Even the store manager was there and he came to me and said you are the first one to have this phone.

We bought two of them off EBay (Thanks, Mr. Anonymous!) and I had to drive two hours both ways to get them at 1am. Fun times.

It was a good thing we did it that way, though, because we don't live in a 3G area and they wouldn't have been sold at local stores.
