Just reset my phone

I just reset my phone to factory settings and now I have the old android market? Its the one the the green oval shaped thing at the top when opened. I restarted my phone after that, hoping it would get fixed, but now the market won't even open. It keeps saying error. Any idea on how to get the new android market back?

It hasn't been fixed yet.. Although I should say, this app is much much faster than the newer app market. I'm quite pleased with it. haha

Alright nevermind. It's beginning to give me problems again. It will randomly stop working at times. Anyone know how to fix this? Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
