Just rooted today. but getting there in no SU binary intalled message

so today i unlocked the bootloader on my bros' nexus 4 to root it, and then added clockwork recovery, the recovery's version is v.6.0.2.3. through the recovery mode i go to sdcard, and find the zip for superSU, i had an older SU version ver 1.63, so i downloaded the newest one v1.93.....and after finishing flashing the newest version when the menu asks ' rom may flask stock recovery on boo, fix?' and it gives me to options yes and no...and i pick no since thats what they did on the video i watched to flash it....yet when i finish i have SuperSu on the phone and I still get the same message 'no binary installed'......what am i doing wrong here?
