Just submitted my preorder!

Has anyone not gotten their second, "order confirmed" email? I got the initial "order received email" about four hours ago, but am still waiting in the second one that usually comes.

Wondering if this has anything to do with me paying via PayPal this time around? Used PayPal because trying to use the credit card on file seemed to be leading to the order glitching.

I received mine around 1:00pm CST.

Well, you should have gotten it then. Up to you if you think it's worth contacting customer support for.

The £50, case and screen protectors were all on the same code, so it's definitely their mistake not yours.

I preordered.....why not. Got S24+ this time (I never use S-pen and telephoto). $200 + tax - 13% cash back, and minus $125 bucks for accessories. I was going to buy Tags anyway. Got orange btw

Yes, I received mine. It wasn't too long after the initial one...maybe 30 to 60 minutes????

Yeah, I ordered at 12:15pm CST and got the email not to long after.

I agree that the website and even the app was a nightmare to use today. I did get my preorder in S24 Ultra in orange, was going to go green but I have the lime S23U now and feel like it would be close on color so I opted for orange. I got a silicone case, sview case and the trio wireless charger. Now the waiting process ugh. Though I wish Samsung would've showed all the colors in person during the unpacking instead of pics

From the app, after selecting the preorder button, the spinning blue circle of no progress spun for 3 hours. I finally closed & reopened the app & my items were sitting in the cart.

I guess I could have tried that earlier.

I traded in my s22U on the Violet 512 s23U. I swore I wasn't going to risk another trade-in fiasco, but the trade-in values were hard to pass up.

I'm kind of lucky with the trade in, my little brother needs a new phone so I just offered him my S23 Ultra for the same price Samsung would have given me for the trade in lol. It's way better than anything else he could have got for 600 quid and I don't have to deal with the trade-in fiasco's.

I just went to Best Buy and asked about S22U trade-in values they're offering for a new S24U.

For an S24U Verizon-locked on the "Get More" plan, the S22U trade-in is $1000 spread over 36 months.

For unlocked, the S22U trade-in is $325.

You can order your phone thru that site and you will get 12% cash back. Go to their site search for Samsung you will see mobile phones 12%. Click on that and it will take you to Samsung to order. You should get 12% back, they pay out every quarter

Ordered from Samsung today. Used the Rakuten 12%...Pretty nice. They already added $$ to my account. Surprised since normally it is 30 days after you receive.

Finally was able to order after a few hours of web and app issues. I ordered the ultra in Violet. I'm trading in my 22 ultra.
