Just updated now I can't rename the bloatware. (Rooted)

Like stated in the title, I reinstalled all of the bs bloatware, updated, and now I can't rename the files to get rid of them. I'm guessing that was something the updated addressed. I tried hitting the "mount r/w" button and it did nothing. What can I do about getting around this? I hate all of the useless crap that sucks up my battery and slows me down. Help!

go to the roms and hack section, all this has been covered in multiple threads. the update has unrooted you. follow the new root instructions, get adrynalynes test 5 kernel for you mount issue.
