Just upgrade the firmware of mi new Xiaomi mi box s (model MDZ-22-AB) but failed

I just updated he firmware version as per the interface of the device was showing but after downloading and installing I cannot access anymore to the device (seems it is working but there is no way to access it from the interface). Please help!
The device come withe Android 9.

Welcome to Android Central, thanks for joining. I just need to clarify some of what you are describing. The device offered you an upgrade in a message and you said yes. The device did the upgrade and now you cannot... This is where I'm a little confused.

Do you mean you cannot open or unlock the phone?

Are you able to reach the unlock screen after powering on the phone?

If you reach the unlock screen, you say the interface isn't working, do you mean if you touch things on the screen they don't react? So you draw your pattern but the line doesn't appear or you enter the code and numbers or letters don't appear.

Describe what you mean by "it works sometimes"?

Asking the same question again. Hope someone can help me. Several weeks ago I bought the Xiaomi mi Box s. I open it, started to configure it and while I was asked to upgrade its firmware I did it. Then I lost the control of the device. No more access to it. What should I do to recover the device and start using it normally. Thanks.
Note: I do not have any access to the interface, hence I am not able to see any screen.

My mi box s died. I cannot turn it on anymore.
