Just upgraded to GB via OTA, now phone won't turn on

My phone straight-up won't turn on. It was running slowly so I held down the power button to turn it off. Well that worked in turning it off but now it won't come back on.

I've tried pulling the battery, nothing changed.

Please help, why did I install this stupid update? ~_~

aaaaaaand now it turns on but won't let me do anything

try ot get into options or open an app and it just reloads the default home screen

aaaaaaaaaaaaaand it's shut off again, no way to turn it back on...

Sounds like you got a lemon. I'd take it to Verizon.
