Congrats on the future house purachse. I was so excited when i bought my first house.

This is our second house. Our first and current one is under contract...finally! We're pretty stoked...this house was great when it was just the Mrs and I but now there are these other two little people who live with us that are constantly in our grill's, eating all our food, and they won't stop asking for stuff!!

Ahh, it's not so bad. Selling one while trying to buy one is the absolute pits though. Don't think I've slept properly for almost a week now.

I hate the work that has gone into it, but you know what? I can do what I want and the only one who cares is the wife.

LOL I haven't had a stock anything phone in forever. Or at least it feels like it. I'm rocking CM10 on the SGS3. HOWEVER I will run stock Touchwiz blah blah on the Gnote 2. I want all of those lovely s-pen features...which is really the reason for buying the Gnote2

After the fiasco that's probably still going on over at XDA, coming here was like walking into a nice bakery after spending all day at the sewage treatment plant. So even though I don't still have the phone I don't mind contributing and giving advice. The people here are just flat out "better", making the community better. I do like the idea of claiming this forum as our own..I don't think Phil will mind.

That reminds me, too bad my work is not leaning to Android to replace our Blackberries, I am going to be carrying two rivals soon, one Rezound (my personal phone) and the other an Iphone (work phone). Dose that mean I am half way to the dark side

Not only that it's hideous. My bro-in-law just got the newest (I refuse to call the 6th one the 5th) and it looks ridiculous. Making the screen longer without making it wider makes it look stupid. I immediately put it side by side with Rez and still prefer the size of the Rezound 100%. Honestly I think the 4/4S looked waaaaayyy better just from an asthetic point. It reminds me of when they kept stacking blades onto the razors....."now with 18 blades!!!"

The kicker was when he (brother in law) started going on about how fast the "lte" is. I said yeah 4G is nice isn't it. He said, no its lte. I said right ...that's 4G, had it for almost a year now but hey, welcome to 2011.

The current iPhone 5 is 6th generation. The iPhone 5 displays LTE when connected to LTE and 4G when connected to HSPA+. Which is a cop out in my opinion, but just explaining where they are coming from. Remember, all it took was a software update for the 4S to magically acquire 4G...no hardware improvement required!!!

The irony in all this is that Apple's website says that HSPA+ (21mbps) and even speeds double of that (42mbps) are 3G...but ATT likes to market HSPA+ as 4G.

I couldn't believe how nice this forum was when I got my Rezound. I asked a few noob questions and was always treated kindly, which gave me motivation to participate more. I'll probably have this phone for quite some time, so glad to have found this community.
