K9 html email forwarding

Am using k9 with my POP account. When I forward an html email it appears to be sending it in plain text. It is stripping the code out. Also, in one forwarded email it did not strip the code so the receiver got a bunch of code making it impossible to read. Have searched the settings but am not finding anything useful so far. Anyone having this issue as well or is it just me?? I am using k9 mainly because it allows me to set the option to delete mail from the server if I delete it on the droidx. (To avoid downloading the same stuff to Outlook...my main email repository...later. Can't do that in the stock email that I can see.)

Any response from anyone? I have the same problem... all forwarded emails are sent as plain text

You need to contact the developer. As a note I went to Kaiten Mail, by the lead developer.
