The screen says: "We're Sorry Firefox had a problem and crashed. Your Tabs should be listed on the Firefox Start page when you restart." There is a checkbox to "Tell Mozilla about this crash so they can fix it". Then a text box for comments. Then 2 checkboxes to include the address of the page I was on (I wasn't even using Firefox at the time) and allow Mozilla to contact me. Then, at the bottom of the screen, there is a close button and a restart Firefox button. I have tried every combination of entries on the page, and still keep having the problem.
I get this screen every time I try to open an app, and sometimes when it first boots up. Galaxy Tab A (2016). Model SM-T580. Android version 8.1.0 Every time I click on an icon to start an app, this screen comes up. Even if I click the button on the screen to "restart Firefox", this screen comes up.
I can't seem to post a screenshot or attach a picture here.
Is there any way to fix this? The tablet is now useless.
