Keep getting Unencrypted sites, could this be certificate changes, or something else?

Ive been getting a fair few of these in top searches,Unencrypted sites for what should be a lot of the time Standard Buisnesess. Also i had unencrypted now its saying mixed ! .Could this be due to site certificates only having a year life and for a an e.g this particular Buisness hasnt updated theres.
Added two more Ss same site from Chrome app.

Ok So could just be A old part of that particular Buisness. That particular site hasnt updated there cert or Link as its http not Https. So now it says its fine in chrome but not in DDG ? People ???

Lol now its saying in DDG using https,Before was http,That was Unencrypted you added the s: it got you to that SS of a Mixed Encryption. What the hell is a mixed encryption ?

What does the Question Mark mean ??? Anyone know ? It doesnt alow you to view Privacy when like that have to refresh. It does come good though on things like dev google semi legit sites. I.e SS below

Thanks mate good info thanks for the add. Yeah i got a Spoofed Number Call 2day as well. Was on phone plus not in contacts try to suss it out. Yeah i got guests probs dropping paths,Not sure what site might be worth it ? Google,Quora,Android that stuff one maybe be worth it. More fits in on fun,Get even,Hate we can leave that ladder there.
