Keep losing all wi-fi saved passwords

As i travel a lot i always save wifi connections. On my note 2 never had a problem. A few days into using my note 3 all my saved wifi connections disappeared. As i started saving them again from scratch, the same thing happened agained and lost all my saved wifi connections. Any ideas on the problem and possible solutions? Thanks.

This is apparently a very common problem in Android 4.4.2. It arises when your device's creates a Google Backup for everything but there is nothing on their side of the server. So, the solution is to simply disable Google backups on your device and tada, your problem will be resolved. However, do remember that doing so won't bring back any forgotten passwords.

Lost all saved wifi connections for the millionth time. Sick and tired. Any solution?

Some of us, with the same problem are trying now to switch sync completely off with the taskbar Sync button.

Everytime we switch Sync on for a very short time,max a minute and then off again.

Could you also try this? Iw your WIFI settings stay ok we maybe can narrow down the problem.
