I use the phone as a desktop clock at work and I would like the screen to stay on when I'm on battery. I have a desktop cradle that charges another battery but I don't have the Y cable to charge both at the same time, so I figure I would like to just charge the battery and then swap when/if needed.
I haven't found a way to keep the screen on while in the clock app when the phone is not charging, though. Does anyone know if there is a way to do that?
Also, this is a related question: Is it bad to constantly have your phone plugged in to charge? Or, does it matter? If I can't keep the screen on all day while on battery then I would have it plugged in all day and didn't know if that was bad.
