keep screen on while charging?

Is there a way to have the screen stay on all the time while the phone is charging and in a recognized place?

You can enable screen on in developer options.

The only caveat is it won't disable till you disable it yourself.

I wonder if one of those apps that let you trigger anything based on various variables would get me there.
