After Rooting and ROM'ing my Tbolt, I'm ready to flash to an Adrenalyn Kernal (I know that's not spelled right...sorry).
I'm going to use the 4.2.2a.
My question is two fold, so please forgive the newbie.

1. How long does it take?
2. Does it completely wipe the phone?

I'm not up for redoing everything again for a 3rd time in less than 24 hours (self inflicted, of course)...

TIA

Doesn't require a data wipe and it doesn't take long.

You need to put the kernel on your sd card, boot into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik, then flash the kernel.

It takes longer to navigate your way to the zip file than it does to flash.

Thanks guys.
Seems like the battery life isn't much better as is now....
Done...rebooting.

I'm a little more hesitant now after my debacle this morning. :)

Or just get kernel manager from the market, pick the kernel you want and it does the work for you

T-bolt>>dasBAMF 1.5 remix, BAMF 4.4.2 kernel, urban theme...

It's good to know how to do these things manually. What if your phone won't turn on
