[KERNEL][Gingerbread] CM 2.6.35 kernel for Thrive and Phoenix

I'm not sure why but flashing this rom, JoyOS 1.1.9 - xda-developers with arjens lgp505icskernel-19062012.zip and wifi and everything is working fine. It's definitely 7.2 based rom. I haven't tried other GB roms. I flashed joban's kernel right after the rom, and it wouldnt boot. so without wiping or anything i just flash arjens kernel. it booted perfect after that. Also no blackscreen bug and can OC.

I should mention I'm on LG thrive and old-bb fix was required.

Using MIUI GB now. Method seems to work on any gb rom. No blackscreen bug on this either.

wifi works too? that was one of the issues with the kernel. The newer one coming out soon is suppose to have all those fixes and such

That's what i'm saying man. Everything works. Flash joban's kernel first after rom. reboot. (shouldn't boot past lg screen). then go into recovery and flash the kernel arjen released i mentioned a few posts back. wifi works. no blackscreenbug. and can overclock.

It's great we are getting a new kernel but for now we at least have a work around.
