I think you're a little confused, those drivers have been out for a while, and are different from the OpenMaX libs we need. Qualcomm has said that they will never release the libs for ARMV6 because it's "impossible" on our CPUs.
Qualcomm's Official Statement:
" In a previous forum post, we indicated that we would look into this request and, unfortunately we are not able to support video codecs for ARMv6 OMX IL libs for Qualcomm's QDSP5 on MSM7x27. The architecture of MSM7x27 cannot support OpenMax video codecs for ARMv6 OMX IL on QDSP5 running on Android Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).
We appreciate the feedback and will continually monitor this thread."

I am waiting for my other LG Phoenix, untill then I can't test any further.

cuz im on att. it was the only nandroid i could get, to make my phone fuktional again. just no mms.
after being second to have ics on this phone, tring to help joban test, but with no data or wifi, and him not getttin anywhere.

At least you will be able ti flash new roms...the sd card flex on my phone is not working and im stuck with cm9 and no music or games
